Investigations in the Workplace: An Advanced Workshop

Objective
To provide hands-on training for conducting effective workplace investigations to prepare you for the challenges that can, and inevitably do, arise. A proper investigation can help insulate your organization from legal liability stemming from employee complaints of all varieties. When an investigation is required, it is important to have it conducted by a trained, competent professional. This advanced workshop is a combination of lecture, group discussion and interactive role-playing exercises. Participants will be given practical, comprehensive strategies in handling common, yet difficult, investigation issues.
