Effective Interviewing Skills I ID#: HR 110 Objective This class is a practical step-by-step approach for planning, conducting and evaluating a structured, behavioral interview. Based on the principal that past behavior is the best predictor of future performance, participants will learn to recognize the critical factors that predict performance and how to assess candidates using a variety of questioning techniques and interview tools. Through an interactive format combining lecture, video, exercises, discussion and role play, you will have an opportunity to develop skills for effective behavior-focused interviews and candidate screening.
