Total Rewards Certificate Program, The
ID#: CERTIFICATE 119Participants that complete this track will be able to identify, create and design major elements of a total rewards model intended to attract, motivate and retain employees. The emphasis of this track is to provide practical experience and an opportunity to participate in the mechanics of creating and designing programs to meet the individual needs of each organization. In addition, participants will analyze and discuss issues such as reward consistency, competitiveness, administration, implementation, and maintenance. The program presents participants with a wide range of information on the various total rewards topics including philosophy, organizational fit, reward objectives, equity, efficiency and compliance.

Certificate Requirements
Receipt of the certificate is accomplished by completing the following core seminars and one from the additional seminars list.
