Affirmative Action Workshop: An Introduction ID#: LEGL 103 Objective
To provide government contractors with at least 50 employees and contracts in excess of $50,000 and financial institutions, with practical knowledge of how to develop and maintain a compliant affirmative action plan. Participants will learn to prepare statistical analyses designed to show how qualified women and minorities are represented in the organization in terms of their availability in the various recruiting areas used by a company.
