"MSEC's Executive Leadership Program provided an excellent opportunity for growth at both the professional and personal level. The staff, instructors and my fellow classmates made this an experience that will continue to benefit me throughout my career. The use of multiple presentation strategies in conjunction with the development plans and coaching sessions brought concepts together so that I not only saw and heard, I actually felt them."
