MSEC has designed Certificate programs that assist member companies in implementing their training and development efforts. Each program offers core seminars. Beyond these foundation classes, participants are encouraged to select additional seminars to meet their professional and personal development needs. It is not necessary to take the core seminars first, although it is advised to ensure an adequate information base upon which to build both knowledge and skill.

The Certificate programs are designed to provide a solid foundation of training for the business community. The goal is to help individuals and organizations follow a training sequence that will result in an overall program rich in information, skill-building and business tools.
