Custom Survey Analysis / Data on Diskette
Members may obtain, for a fee, in hard copy or on diskette a specially designed printout of rates for any
selected group of jobs and organizations, thus allowing controlled comparisons from the computerized survey data.
Custom Survey Analysis (CSA)
This analysis shows how your organization's pay policy and practice compares with those of selected organizations of interest to you. (Also available for personnel practice/benefit surveys.) For each job selected, you receive four summarized data lines:
- Rate ranges and rates paid for the selected group of organizations.
- Rate ranges and rates paid for all other participants.
- Rate ranges and rates paid for your organization.
- Calculation of how your data varies from the selected group of organizations.
Compensation Data on Diskette - PC formatted as an ASCII delimited file for use with programs such as Excel.
Final Data Disk
Features the full text of the selected survey (i.e., rate ranges, weighted averages and percentiles). Provides greater flexibility for performing market analysis and year-to-year comparisons to update your salary plan.
Raw Data Disk
Features the array of actual rates by reported job. Provides the ability for statistical analysis, (i.e., regressions and percentiles).
Multi-Survey Comparison Report
This report allows comparison of like positions surveyed in MSEC compensation reports. Multi-community, community/industry and year-to-year comparison with an optional percent difference data line can be selected. This is a valuable tool for organizations with operations throughout Colorado as well as those organizations who want to track rates of pay from year to year.
