Membership FAQs

How do I get the most out of my membership?

Make certain you understand all your membership has to offer. Some members are surprised by all that membership provides. Think of MSEC as a service provider in four main areas: employment law, surveys, training and human resources. Most members call attorneys and human resources professionals who work at MSEC to handle any issue that arises on a day-to-day basis. Members review our surveys to gauge their competitiveness as an employer in their industry with regards to compensation and benefits. Many members would not post a salary for a job without reviewing the data we have collected and validated. And finally, most members attend at least one of our classes each year. Members often call our organizational development staff to determine what training is best for their organization before determining which classes to attend. Our classes do have a fee associated, and it is well below market value.
