We help members every day by providing ongoing consultation and advice on all matters impacting the employment relationship. Members are assigned a professional staff member who works with them to understand their needs and provides assistance throughout our areas of service. MSEC surveys over 40,000 jobs from laborer to CEO across industries as diverse as health care, hospitality, and financial services among many others in Arizona, Colorado, and Wyoming.

 

With data in areas such as health care, paid time-off, and miscellaneous benefits, members use our surveys to compare their compensation and benefit plans with others and to get ideas of unique benefit offerings.
