Training Needs Assessment


 

For training to make a difference, it must provide knowledge, skills, and abilities to employees, managers, and leaders that are used on the job.  Before training is done on a large scale, it is wise to research what is needed.  A Training Needs Assessment can determine what training would be most effective for particular positions in your organization. 
Just like with any other investment, it pays to do some research before you start!
